This electrical system is composed of “PLC + frequency converter + touch screen + DP communication”. The PLC is from the Siemens S7 – 300 series, which realizes the sequential logic control of the overall machine’s operation. The Japanese Yaskawa G7B series frequency converters drive each mechanism to act in coordination, achieving controllable operation.

The fault monitoring system consists of the PLC and the TP170B, forming a user – friendly human – machine interface. It displays faults in real – time with text, monitors the operating, stopped and fault states of major electrical components, especially the main parameters and states of the gantry mechanism’s deviation correction.
