Structural characteristics and working principle
The cable reel is composed of a torque motor, reducer, collector ring, turntable, guide wheel, etc. When the mobile machinery needs to move in the direction of the power supply, the torque motor is started. After being reduced by the reducer, the torque is transmitted to the reel through the turntable and flange on the output shaft of the reducer. The reel rotates slowly and the cable is wound into the turntable (rewinding). When the tower crane and other machinery need to be far away from the power supply, the cable is dragged out of the disc (unwinding) by overcoming the frictional torque inside the reducer and pulling the disc to rotate. The collector ring is used for transmitting power to mobile mechanical equipment and is installed at the other end of the output shaft of the reducer. Connect the neutral wire connection plate and solid wire connection plate on the inner ring of the collector ring to the cable from the power supply; Connect the host cable to the foreign conductive board. When the drum rotates, due to the synchronous rotation of the inner ring of the collector ring and the spool, the current is transmitted through the slip ring and the electric ring, and the power cable will not be twisted due to the rotation of the drum.
