Scope of Application
The QT19 crane control console is primarily used in control circuits with an alternating current frequency of 50 Hz (60 Hz) and a rated voltage of 380 V (440 V) or lower. It is designed to manage functions such as the starting, speed adjustment, braking, reversing, and other special operations of motors in hoisting and conveying machinery. Moreover, it enables the coordinated operation of two mechanisms.
All types of integral control consoles can be configured in a rotary design. Different seats can be selected according to the specific operating environment. This series of control consoles has found wide application in various types of mechanical equipment across industries such as ports, water transportation, railways, metallurgy, mining, power generation, and construction.
Structural Features
This series of crane control consoles is available in two configurations: integral and split. The outer shell components of the consoles can be fabricated through either stamping metal materials or injection – molding engineering plastics, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing design.
The crane control consoles are equipped with a variety of master controllers developed by our company. They offer a comfortable operating experience, with a distinct tactile feel and clearly defined gear positions.
The operating mechanism is fitted with a self – reset function and a zero – position self – locking device. The contacts are a combination of Schneider products and specialized contacts custom – made by our company, ensuring safe and reliable operation over a long service life.
The wiring, installation, and maintenance of electrical components are extremely convenient. The crane control consoles come with an array of indicator lights and control buttons, and it is easy to install additional devices such as touchscreens and mimic panels.
The seats are equipped with adjustment functions for height, forward – backward position, backrest angle, and weight adaptation, which can meet the comfortable operation needs of drivers of different statures and weights.
