Scope of Application
It is mainly used in control circuits with an alternating current of 50 Hz (60 Hz) and a rated voltage of 380 V (440 V) or less. It controls the starting, speed adjustment, braking, reversing, and other special functions of the motors in hoisting and handling machinery, enabling the linked operation of two mechanisms. All types of integral linked consoles can be made into a rotary design. Different seats can be selected according to the specific operating environment. This series of linked consoles has been widely applied to various types of mechanical equipment in industries such as ports, water transportation, railways, metallurgy, mining, power generation, and construction.
Structural Features
This series of crane consoles is available in two configurations: integral and split. The outer shell components of the consoles can be fabricated through either stamping of metal materials or injection molding of engineering plastics, boasting an aesthetically pleasing design.
The crane consoles are equipped with a diverse range of master controllers developed by our company. These controllers offer a comfortable operating experience, with a distinct tactile feedback and clearly defined gear positions.
The operating mechanism is outfitted with a self – reset feature and a zero – position self – locking device. The contacts are a combination of Schneider products and specialized contacts custom – made by our company, ensuring safe and reliable operation over an extended service life.
The wiring, installation, and maintenance of electrical components are extremely convenient. The crane consoles come with a variety of indicator lights and control buttons, and it is easy to install additional devices such as touchscreens and mimic panels.
The seats are equipped with adjustment functions for height, forward – backward position, backrest angle, and weight adaptation, which can meet the needs of drivers of different statures and weights for comfortable operation.
