Scope of Application
The QT19S crane control console is primarily intended for use in control circuits operating at an alternating current frequency of 50 Hz (60 Hz) and a rated voltage of 380 V (440 V) or less. It is designed to manage a wide range of functions related to the motors in hoisting and handling machinery, including starting, speed adjustment, braking, reversing, and other specialized operations. Additionally, it supports the coordinated operation of two mechanisms.
All integral – type control consoles in this series can be configured in a rotary design. To accommodate diverse operating environments, different types of seats are available for selection. This series of control consoles has been extensively adopted in various mechanical equipment across multiple industries, such as ports, water transportation, railways, metallurgy, mining, power generation, and construction.
Structural Features
This series of crane control consoles comes in two forms: integral and split. The outer shell components of the consoles can be manufactured either by stamping metal materials or by injection – molding engineering plastics, presenting an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The crane control consoles are equipped with a variety of master controllers developed by our company. They provide a comfortable operating experience with a distinct tactile sensation and clearly defined gear positions.
The operating mechanism is furnished with a self – reset function and a zero – position self – locking device. The contacts are a combination of Schneider products and specialized contacts custom – made by our company, ensuring safe and reliable operation and a long service life.
Wiring, installation, and maintenance of the electrical components are extremely convenient. The crane control consoles are equipped with a wide range of indicator lights and control buttons, and it is easy to install additional devices such as touchscreens and mimic panels.
The seats have adjustment functions for height, forward – backward position, backrest angle, and weight adaptation, which can meet the comfortable operation needs of drivers with different statures and weights.
