Scope of Application
This crane control console is mainly used in control circuits with an alternating current of 50 Hz (60 Hz) and a rated voltage of 380 V (440 V) or less. It is designed to control functions such as the starting, speed adjustment, braking, reversing, and other special operations of motors in hoisting and conveying machinery, and can achieve the coordinated operation of two mechanisms.
All types of integral – type control consoles can be made into a rotary design. Different seats can be selected according to different usage environments. This series of control consoles has been widely applied to various types of mechanical equipment in industries including ports, water transportation, railways, metallurgy, mining, power generation, and construction.
Structural Features
This series of crane control consoles comes in two configurations: integrated and split types. The outer shell components of the consoles can be manufactured through either stamping metal materials or injection – molding engineering plastics, boasting an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Equipped with a diverse range of master controllers developed by our company, these crane control consoles offer a comfortable operating experience. The operators can enjoy a distinct tactile feedback and clearly defined gear positions.
The operating mechanism is designed with a self – reset function and a zero – position self – locking device. The contacts consist of Schneider products and our company’s self – made specialized contacts, ensuring safe and reliable operation and a long service life.
The wiring, installation, and maintenance of electrical components are highly convenient. The crane control consoles are furnished with various indicator lights and control buttons, and it is easy to install additional devices such as touchscreens and mimic panels.
The seats come with adjustment functions for height, forward – backward position, backrest angle, and weight adaptation, which can meet the needs of drivers of different statures and weights for comfortable operation.
