Scope of Application
The QTX1 crane console is primarily used in control circuits with an alternating current frequency of 50 Hz (60 Hz) and a rated voltage of 380 V (440 V) or lower. It is designed to control functions such as starting, speed adjustment, braking, reversing, and other special operations of motors in hoisting and handling machinery. It also enables the linked operation of two mechanisms.
All types of integral consoles can be made into a rotary design. Different seats can be selected according to the specific usage environment. This series of consoles has been widely applied to various types of mechanical equipment in industries including ports, water transportation, railways, metallurgy, mining, power, construction, etc.
Structural Features
This series of crane consoles comes in two forms: integral and split. The outer shell components of the products can be fabricated by stamping metal materials or injection – molding engineering plastics, presenting an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The crane consoles are outfitted with various models of master controllers developed by our company. They offer a comfortable operating experience, with a distinct tactile sensation and well – defined gear positions.
The operating mechanism is equipped with an automatic reset and zero – position self – locking device. The contacts are a combination of Schneider contacts and those made in – house, ensuring safe and reliable operation and a long service life.
The wiring, installation, and maintenance of electrical components are straightforward. The crane consoles are furnished with a variety of indicator lights and control buttons, and it is convenient to add additional devices such as touch screens and mimic panels.
The seats have adjustment functions for height, forward – backward position, backrest angle, and weight adaptation, which can meet the comfortable operation requirements of people with different body types.
